CourseThis course is to update health workers in the Western Cape on PACK Child 2026. It highlights WC policy updates, and relevant changes to the PACK guide. It takes about 5 hours to complete to earn 5 HPCSA CPD points or 3 WCDHW nursing CPD points.

Where can I get a hardcopy of PACK?
Hardcopies of PACK are being printed and distributed over the next few weeks. The PDC will distribute these to the training departments of each sub-district or district. You can then obtain hardcopies of PACK from your training coordinator or manager.

What if I am already enrolled in a PACK previous course? Should I complete it?
If you are already enrolled in a older PACK course, we recommend you complete it so you can get your certificate, and your work can be recognised.

Do I have to do the Intro to PACK course again?
If you have a completion certificate for an Introduction to PACK Child or Adult course, you do not have to do the same course again. Check out the course enrolment algorithm to guide you on which courses to do and in what order!
