Can I use someone else's account or sign in details to complete a course?

You need to create your own account to complete training courses and get a certificate. If you use someone else's account, your training will not be recognised.

What if I have an account on the KTU Online School?

You will need to create a new account on the WCGH PDC Online School. We will keep record of courses you complete on both sites. There is no need to repeat courses.

What if I don't have an email address?

Avoid using a fake email address, as you will miss essential communications. Follow the link below to create an email account using Google.
