Eligibility for this course: Operational managers, clinical managers, senior clinicians, or anyone working to run and improve their health facility within the Western Cape.

• HPCSA: 2 Clinical CPD points - Level 1
• WCDHW Nursing: 3 Leadership and Management point.
Certification: Participants need 75% pass mark for final quiz.
