  • Where can I get a hardcopy of PACK Adult 2025?

    Hardcopies of PACK Adult 2025 are being printed and distributed over the next few weeks. The PDC will distribute these to the training departments of each sub-district or district. You can then obtain hardcopies of PACK from your training coordinator or manager.

  • Which PACK Adult course should I do?

    It is important to familiarise yourself with the latest policy and PACK updates. Check out the course enrolment algorithm to guide you on which 2025 courses to do and in what order!

  • What if I am already enrolled in a PACK 2023 course? Should I complete it?

    If you are already enrolled in a PACK 2023 course, we recommend you complete it so you can get your certificate, and your work can be recognised. New enrolments for PACK Adult 2023 update course have now been closed.

  • When will the PACK Adult 2025 courses be available?

    The PACK Adult 2025 update course will be published on 20 August 2025. The updated Intro to PACK Adult will be published after that. Keep your eye on PACK courses page to see newly published courses.

  • Do I have to do the Intro to PACK Adult course again?

    If you have a completion certificate for an Introduction to PACK Adult course, you do not have to do it again. Check out the course enrolment algorithm to guide you on which 2025 courses to do and in what order!
